3 Easy Steps:
*Put some glue (Modge Podge is the strongest glue) in the center of the bottle cap.
*Put the sticker or circle cut-out into the bottle cap & let it dry.
*Peel off the clear bubble sticker and attach the sticky side to the the front of the regular sticker (or circle cut-out).
